We are looking for a Solutions Architect / Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade platforms. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should be able to manage developers, make sound technical decisions, and help deliver scalable, reliable systems used in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software platforms
- Lead developers and drive technical execution across projects
- Work hands-on in at least 2 tech stacks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
- Build backend systems, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering automation
- Support cloud infrastructure, system reliability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions
Required Experience
- 3-5 Years Experience in the relevant Field
- Proven experience delivering production-used platforms
- Experience managing developers or leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience in at least 2 of these: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#
- Solid DevOps experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Good understanding of system design, scalability, and software engineering best practices
Preferred
- Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, Node.js, or .NET
- Experience with APIs, async processing, integrations, and automation systems
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
